The precision planetary gear reducer is a new generation of practical product independently developed by our company, which integrates advanced domestic and foreign technologies and has the following main characteristics:
1. Low noise: below 65db;
2. Low back gap single stage can reach up to 1 arc minute, double stage can reach up to 3 arc minutes;
3. High efficiency: over 95% for single stage and over 92% for double stage;
4. High input speed: up to 8000RPM;
5. High torque is higher than the torque of standard planetary reducers;
6. High stability: Made of high-strength alloy steel, the entire gear has undergone hardening treatment, not just surface hardening, to ensure its service life and maintain its initial precision for long-term use;
7. The high reduction ratio adopts modular design, and the planetary gearbox can be connected to each other, with a speed ratio of over 1/1000.
